Artwork Description:
In Blue Armageddon, we see the surreal scene of a giant devilish horse riding toward viewers and the figure of a man-revolver in the foreground. Giant predatory birds are also populating this canvas. The animals here are at war with the humans, represented by man-revolvers, a man merged with the weapons in the strive to protect oneself from devilish action. We also see a burning Venetian palazzo on the right side of the background and rocks protecting a revolver man in the foreground of the picture. Salvador Dali's painting The Temptation of Saint Anthony influenced this canvas.
